A Rain Warning

As opposed to the unexpected in life, a surprise in photography is welcome most of the time. The Northern Coast of The Netherlands is definitively a place where you can find surreal encounters.

Close to Callantsoog, there are mysterious signs on the beach. One of the most intriguing shows an umbrella: I like to think about it as a rain warning, a reminder of the crazy and unpredictable Dutch weather.

Among the other signs, I found nice also the clown, the cow and the famous nijntje.
